FX Progress

No huge changes, I was just addressing Chris Larsen's notes on the smoke emitting. I decided to give the smoke and fire a more furious, explosive quality in the way it is being emitted from the Train Pipe. I also tried giving that same pump effect to the steam, though it is not as noticeable for the moment.
